Binh Duong (Durham, NC) currently holds a B.F.A.in Dance with K-12 Teaching Licensure from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to attending college, she began dancing at age 14 in public school. Her training includes various modern and contemporary techniques, ballet, and West African dance. During her time at UNCG, she has enjoyed performing works by KEIGWIN + COMPANY, Yoav Kaddar, Bill Evans, and Christal Brown. She also worked with various faculty members, graduate and undergraduate students. In Fall 2014, she attended the University of Cape Town, in South Africa, as part of a study abroad program. There she had the opportunity to work with choreographer Gregory Magoma. In addition, she has attended workshops and intensives with Chritsal Brown and Donald Byrd's Spectrum Dance Theatre. Binh is currently a dance educator at Mount Tabor High School in Winston-Salem, NC.
